You must be 18 years of age or older to use the go3 platform. Minors are strictly prohibited from creating an account or using the platform. Providing false information during the age verification process will result in immediate account closure.

2. Account Creation, Security & Suspension Policy

Providing accurate and complete information is required to create an account on go3. Each person is permitted one account only. Creating multiple accounts may result in all accounts being closed and any deposited funds being forfeited. Identity verification (KYC) may be required before payments are processed.
Password & Account Security
You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Sharing your password or account with anyone else is strictly prohibited. If you suspect any unauthorized access, notify go3 immediately. The account holder is responsible for all activity carried out under their account.
Reasons for Account Suspension or Closure
Go3 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons:
- Registering with false or incomplete information.
- Engaging in fraudulent activity or attempting to compromise platform security.
- Operating multiple accounts.
- If identified as a minor.
- Using a third-party payment method.
3. Platform Usage Rules & User Responsibilities
The go3 platform is strictly for personal entertainment use only. Using the platform for commercial purposes or on behalf of third parties is strictly prohibited.
Prohibited Activities
- Modifying, reverse-engineering, or attempting unauthorized access to the platform's software or code.
- Using bots, automated software, or any unfair advantage techniques.
- Harassing other users or spreading false information.
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal transactions.
- Copying or redistributing go3's intellectual property assets.
Third-Party Links & Services
The go3 platform may at times include links to third-party services. go3 is not responsible for the content or conduct of those third parties. When you use third-party services, their own terms and conditions will apply.
4. Payment, Transaction & Currency Policy
Deposits & Withdrawals
All transactions on go3 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). Deposits can be made via bKash, Nagad, or bank transfer. Account verification must be completed before withdrawals can be processed.
- Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are subject to the platform's current guidelines.
- Go3 will resolve any transaction issues caused by technical errors.
- Suspicious transactions may be temporarily held for verification.
Refunds & Dispute Resolution
Completed betting or games transactions are generally non-refundable. However, go3 will review cases where a verified technical error can be demonstrated.

The go3 platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. go3 makes no guarantee of uninterrupted availability or error-free operation. Where service is disrupted due to technical issues, network failures, or unforeseen circumstances, go3's liability will be limited.
Go3 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. go3 bears no responsibility for financial losses resulting from a user's own decisions to bet or play games.
Intellectual Property
The go3 platform's logo, design, content, software, and all other materials are the intellectual property of go3. Copying, reproducing, distributing, or modifying them without permission is strictly prohibited by law. Third parties may not use go3's trademarks or logo.
6. Changes to Terms, Governing Law & Contact
Terms Update Policy
Go3 reserves the right to modify these terms, in part or in full, at any time. A notice will be posted on the platform for any significant changes.
